Design studio and wood workshop, first established in 2014 in Istanbul. Active both in Istanbul and Lisbon since 2017.
Graphic designer by trade, Cihan Kıvanç started making woodworks out of his own need to solve storage for his growing record collection. Learning while making, the first line of products came to life as exercises in traditional joinery.
Surrounded by contemporary artists and musicians, his atelier became a meeting point in Istanbul and led Kıvanç to run an art production line on the side, aiding artists with their sculpture projects.
With the designer’s move to Lisbon, the atelier continues to grow both in size and skill.
